Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide. A contact enquiry may include your name, email address and message, together with any organisation, phone number and practice area that you choose to provide. A job application may include your name, email address, resume, the position applied for and, if provided, your phone number and cover letter. Please do not submit confidential client information, special-category information, or personal data that is not necessary for your enquiry or application.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use contact-enquiry information to review and respond to your request, route it to the appropriate practice team, maintain a record of correspondence, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal or professional obligations. We use job-application information to evaluate your application, communicate with you, administer recruitment and maintain appropriate recruitment records. We do not add you to a marketing list merely because you submit an enquiry or job application. If you separately request a subscription or other communication, that request will be handled for the purpose you selected.
3. Service Providers and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information may be accessed by authorised APRA & Associates LLP partners, employees and recruitment personnel on a need-to-know basis. We use service providers to operate the website and process submissions, including Supabase for database and file storage, Resend for contact-enquiry email delivery, and our website hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf and may operate infrastructure outside India. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, a competent authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
4. Browser Storage and Technical Data
The public website stores a functional acceptance flag in your browser’s local storage after you accept the website disclaimer. This flag contains no name, email address or advertising identifier and is used only to avoid showing the disclaimer repeatedly. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party behavioural analytics on the public website. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical logs, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, date and time, for delivery, reliability, fraud prevention and security.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, administering recruitment, resolving disputes, maintaining security and meeting legal, regulatory or professional record-keeping obligations. Retention may therefore vary by record. When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it, subject to backup cycles and any legal hold or mandatory retention requirement.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential engagement information through the public contact form.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, erase data that is no longer required, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent us from completing an enquiry or application. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Contact and Grievances
For a privacy request, question or grievance, contact APRA & Associates LLP at info@aprafirm.com or 0124-4477824/825. You may also write to: 379, 3rd Floor, Aggarwal Millenium Tower-II, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034. We will review and respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy when our website, service providers or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice on the website.
